The eCult Skills Project will address the shortage of skilled professionals with ICT qualifications in the Cultural sector. It will analyze the market needs, the existing trainings available for the different competences, and define a professional standard in the participating European countries. To make qualifications and profiles more comparable, it will refer the identified skills and competences according to the European Frameworks EQF/e-CF. As a consequence, employment of Culture professionals and their mobility across Europe will be reinforced.

The e-VIRTUE project took an in-depth look at VL professions, such as learning technology strategist, virtual classroom facilitator, blended learning curriculum designer and develop European Role Profiles that are in compliance with the principles of the European metaframeworks EQF/e-CF and ECVET as well as Training Guidelines in the area of Virtual Learning.

eVIRTUE provided comparable skills sets for Virtual learning professions, thus supporting the European labor market and the employability of professionals, contributing to one of the major challenges of Europe 2020. Role Profiles were issued by the expert group of the project consortium in line with EQF and e-CF. National training frameworks were taken in consideration in this process. Those Role Profiles, based on market needs, were evaluated by professionals in the VL sector before publication.

The project Take Care will raise the competence level of professional groups, in the area of Health Care by developing a new professional profile endowed with innovative skills to enable them face the main difficulties affecting this sector, such as understaffing, high stress factors and high accident rates.

Take Care will take up the problem of the shortage of skilled professionals in the specific area of health care related services at European level. It will analyse the training standards in the participating countries and provide EQF-based qualification descriptions (learning outcomes). The outcomes will be used to support the education system in the target sector. Social and civic competences are crucial for these professions, but also necessary in all parts of life.

Το έργο CRITON είναι ένα έργο διακρατικής συνεργασίας με στόχο την ενίσχυση της μαθησιακής διαδικασίας σε συστήματα εξ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευσης και ηλεκτρονικής μάθησης, αξιοποιώντας μεθόδους αξιολόγησης για την πρόβλεψη της προόδου των μαθητών και για τη βελτίωση των μεθόδων αξιολόγησης οδηγώντας σε καλύτερα μαθησιακά αποτελέσματα και σε πιο εξατομικευμένη μάθηση..

Με το έργο CRITON γίνεται προσπάθεια να μειωθεί ο αριθμός των ατόμων που εγκαταλείπουν αυτών των ειδών εκπαίδευσης (εξ’ αποστάσεως ή υβριδική) ή αποτυγχάνουν στη διαδικασία τελικής αξιολόγησης, με έγκαιρη και έγκυρη πρόβλεψη της απόδοσης των εκπαιδευομένων.

The engAGEnt Project is based on CompAAL, an EU co-funded project, the focus of which is the establishment of Role Profiles for (AAL) Functions at European level and the development of Training Guidelines to support VET Institutions in developing training courses that are in accordance with these.

engAGEnt will create and validate a harmonised European curriculum based on the principles of ECVET which will qualify professionals for the Function of the AAL Consultant/Specialist. The aim is to educate professionals in designing, planning and implementing solutions that meet the individual needs of the elderly.

Η ιδέα του έργου που προέκυψε οφείλεται στο γεγονός ότι είναι απαραίτητο να έχει κάποιος σήμερα δεξιότητες στη Διοίκηση Έργωνσε Διεθνή Κλίμακα, πουσε έναν παγκοσμιοποιημένο κόσμο χρειάζεται να εφαρμόζονται συχνά σε διαφορετικά περιβάλλοντα και από διαφορετικούς οργανισμούς: συμβούλοι που εξειδικεύονται στο διεθνές εμπόριο, μονάδες εισαγωγών-εξαγωγών, ΜΚΟ και δημόσιες υπηρεσίες, για να αναφέρουμεμόνο μερικά παραδείγματα.

Με την ανάπτυξη αυτού του παιχνιδιού, οι εταίροι του έργουLPMnage επιθυμούν να συνεργαστούν για την αύξηση της απασχολησιμότητας και της κινητικότητας των Ευρωπαίων εργαζομένων και επαγγελματιών.

Το έργο SONETOR, «Κατάρτιση διαπολιτισμικών μεσολαβητών αξιοποιώντας το νέο λογισμικό Κοινωνικής Δικτύωσης», είναι ένα πολυμερές έργο Δια Βίου Μάθησης, ενταγμένο στο πρόγραμμα Leonardo da Vinci «Ανάπτυξη της καινοτομίας», που συγχρηματοδοτείται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση και ξεκίνησε επίσημα την 1η Φεβρουαρίου 2012. Το έργο SONETOR είναι ένα έργο διακρατικής συνεργασίας, το οποίο στοχεύει στην ανάπτυξη μιας πλατφόρμας κατάρτισης, η οποία ενσωματώνει υπάρχουσες εφαρμογές κοινωνικής δικτύωσης, με σύγχρονες μεθοδολογίες εκπαίδευσης ενηλίκων και εξειδικευμένο περιεχόμενο και υπηρεσίες, προκειμένου να βοηθήσει τους Διαπολιτισμικούς Μεσολαβητές στην ανάπτυξη τυπικών ή μη τυπικών ικανοτήτων και δεξιοτήτων και στην εφαρμογή τους κατά τη διάρκεια της εργασίας τους με τους μετανάστες. .

AAL is a rapidly growing economic sector creating new jobs. The complexity of all the useful innovations in the field of AAL need professionals who know how to incorporate, install, service, and use those devices. New skills profiles have to be set-up for professionals from various backgrounds, for example architects building AAL compatible homes, staff of ambulatory home care, and most of all IT specialists in order to enable them to design AAL systems and interfaces, to manage interoperability, as well as to create, manage and moderate social networks.

CompAAL, an EU co-funded project, identified new Role Profiles for Ambient-Assisted Living (AAL) Functions at European level and developed Training Guidelines to support VET Institutions in designing training courses that are in accordance with these. The aim of the project is to foster employability and prevent skilled staff shortages in the AAL field.

PIN is a network project that will contribute to the main objectives of the Leonardo program as laid down in policy documents, starting with the Copenhagen process. In particular, its aim is to improve the transparency, information and guidance systems with regard to competence and qualifications at European level for Internet professions.

PIN will improve employability, reduce skills shortages on the EU labour market, improve the quality of VET and make VET in the field of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) more transparent and comparable at European level. Thus, all target groups addressed by the network project will benefit. By continuously involving relevant stakeholders throughout the project phase, a true critical mass will be reached.

The VAB project aims at proposing a pedagogical tool together with an e-training to allow University teachers to take into account in the evaluation of their students any competences acquired via non-formal/formal learning outside university. The VAB project will enable teachers to value the personal, social and professional experience acquired by their students beyond the University in order to enhance their professional integration. The expected impact of the VAB project is a better preparation of teachers/trainers working at the University to answer the labor market’s needs.

TIPS project has realized an innovative training course based on T-learning methodology and by merging TV-learning, E-learning and M-learning. The training course has been addressed to people who were interested in working in the exciting new field of cultural mediation by providing practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
