Associate Professor, School of Social Sciences, HOU

Evangelos Koumanakos is Associate Professor at the School of Social Sciences of the Hellenic Open University. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia (1996), MSc in Business Finance from Brunel University (1997) and a PhD in Financial Accounting from the University of Patras (2007).  During the period 2000-2009 he served as a credit underwriter at the Credit Center of National Bank of Greece. He has also taught at the University of Ioannina and University of Peloponnese. His current research interests lie in the field of corporate taxation and business ethics.  Evangelos during the last ten years has coordinated a number of EU and national projects.
